Creative Retreat

A creative retreat inviting people to share and collaborate

Set over two nights on Tharawal Country in Kangaroo Valley, "Something To Give" aimed to hold space for transformation, creative exchange and rest.

Open to anyone, not just artists, it was designed as a screen‑free, alcohol‑free reset where guests could reconnect with themselves, each other and the natural world through simple, shared offerings.

The retreat unfolded as a co‑created experience blending hosted activities with participant‑led offerings. Guests stayed in cozy shared accommodation, shared meals, and took part in guided walks, tree‑planting, plant‑based art practices, communal dye cloth making and nature meditations.Co‑led by artist Gianna Christella Hayes and Atlas Outdoor Club founder Sofia Echesortu, the weekend centred the joy of process over outcomes.
