Empowering Bupa employees to make sustainability simple, visible, and part of everyday work life.

In collaboration with the Edge Impact strategy team, Bupa wanted us to design an employee engagement campaign that brought their employee engagement sustainability strategy to life through clear, accessible design.

The brief called for a program that respected Bupa’s brand while introducing a fresh visual identity to inspire everyday sustainable actions.

The creative challenge was to make complex ESG goals feel tangible and motivating for a broad, time-poor workforce across multiple business units. We developed Small Moves for Sustainable Impact - a visually vibrant campaign built around the power of small actions. The design system balanced Bupa’s established brand with playful new elements, creating a toolkit of adaptable assets for use across regions. The creative direction focused on simplicity, inclusivity, and recognition, delivering a cohesive look and feel that made sustainability engaging, measurable, and easy to integrate into daily work life.
